I appreciate the use of email to make an appointment and to ask questions. The response is fast and complete. I appreciate the friendliness and honesty of the employees. Finding out that there is transportation to/from home/work makes it very convenient and now I know that I don't have to continue going to a place that has weekend hours.

I am a challenge because I won't let Scott do all the work needed on my son's 1995 car. I ask Scott to keep it safe and running until my son goes off to college in August and that is what he does. I appreciate that more than he and Roger probably know.
