I was very afraid to go to the dentist after so many years, but I quickly felt comfortable and felt little to no pain in my first 3 visits. I don't know what I was afraid of, but as long as I keep going to Mona Liza Smiles I have nothing to worry about.

Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant. The young man who met me, did the xrays, was extremely professional. The dentist was very helpful with suggestions and materials to assist in my dental health. She also was willing to assist with my health care changes that will be made at the end of the year. And the office manager was polite and helpful with payment information. All in all an excellent experience.

I received a good first impression. The staff was excellent although one gentleman held my tongue down quite hard (lol). The dentist was very knowledgeable and the experience was as good as it could've been. The waiting time for my appointment was slightly delayed.
